Fixing vs. Transforming in face of a crisis. What is your framing?

When faced with a challenge/crisis, the framing of how you respond to it makes a big difference.

If the framing is more focused on deficit gap closing, most of the energy goes towards fixing the problem. The mental questions tend to focus on: What is wrong? How did we get here? Whose fault it is? What to do to correct it? What to do now?

If the framing is more focused on abundance gap closing, it leads to more energy directed at transforming. The mental questions tend to skew to: What do we really want now? What would the ideal look like? Why is this meaningful? When have we been on our best? What can we build on/from? What to do now?
